Samara Joy, a rising star in the jazz vocal world who has won two Grammy Awards for Best New Artist and Best Jazz Album at the 65th Grammy Awards and Best Jazz Performance at the 66th Grammy Awards, has released her long-awaited second major album.
This album was recorded with her touring band members and co-produced by Samara and veteran trumpet player Brian Lynch, a multiple Grammy Award winner.
Of this album, Samara says, “It is a fountain of inspiration that never runs dry, with various streams constantly pouring in. That’s what comes to mind when I think about this project and the musicians who have worked with me to create it: seven musicians, seven fresh perspectives and musical backgrounds, all infused with an incredible depth of musicality and creativity in their growth and prime.
